WHERE DO I SEND A DONATION REQUEST?

Vincent's Gift Shop is committed to working with many charitable organizations at the international, national, regional and local levels. While we would like to be able to consider all of the requests we receive, this is not possible. We wish you all the best as you continue to support a very worthy cause. Unfortunately, we do not accept unsolicited package or product ideas. It’s not that we don’t want you to share your creativity with us, however, we do have precise policies on this.

I CAN'T FIND MY FAVOURITE PRODUCT. HAS IT BEEN DISCONTINUED?

Possibly. We review our lines seasonally, taking into consideration fashion trends and consumer tastes. You may also find that some popular lines will be reproduced again from time to time. Check back with us again.

DO YOU MAKE VEGAN PRODUCTS?

To the fullest extent possible, Vincent's Gift Shop products do not contain Bovine, Ovine, Caprine, or Porcine-derived materials, nor do we use any animal derived musk materials. However, there may be an occasional Master/slave product that may contain honey, beeswax, lanolin or cochineal ingredients. Always read package labels closely to see the full extent of ingredients.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER BRANDS YOU SELL?

Vincent's Gift Shop stock a variety of high-quality products. We cannot speak for individual brands that we do not manufacture or produce ourselves. Please kindly check with the brand items you are interested in or write to us. We will endeavour to help as much as we can.

DO YOU MAKE ANY GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS?

If the words "gluten," "wheat", "barley", "rye", or "oat" are absent from the ingredient listing, then the product was formulated without gluten. To further assist you in identifying cosmetic ingredients derived from these grain sources, click here.

ARE YOUR POSTAL PACKAGES RECYCLABLE?

Where possible, Vincent's Gift Shop uses recycled boxes and other materials for your parcel packages. We try to use biodegradable products for your shipping packages. You may notice some marks and brand names on the carton boxes, this is because we reuse what we can to do our bit for the environment.
